Why I do this
I've been in real estate for 9 years. Built an agency from scratch to 50 brokers. Closed 3 billion rubles in deals. And at some point realized the entire industry works wrong.
Brokers sell what pays more commission, not what's best for the client. Developers hide discounts. Investors decide on emotions, not data. Analysts write reports nobody reads.
I decided to change that.
What is INVEST OS
INVEST OS is a portal that analyzes thousands of properties and produces investment scores: 0 to 100 points. The algorithm accounts for rental yield, price growth forecast, area liquidity and dozens of other factors.
But most importantly — it finds anomalies. Properties priced 15–30% below market. Hidden developer discounts, assignment sales, remaining stock clearances. Things a regular buyer would never find on their own.
My philosophy
I don't sell apartments. I help make investment decisions based on data.
Every property I recommend goes through AI scoring and my personal analysis. I won't take a deal I don't believe in myself. My reputation is worth more than any commission.
My clients aren't "apartment buyers." They're investors who want their money to work. My job is to give them the best tools for that.
